What is Pay Charge?
Pay Charge is a payment-management dashboard for businesses. Connect your own supported processor accounts, create manual charges or branded invoice links, and keep a unified transaction record.
Is Pay Charge a payment processor?
No. Your connected processor authorizes payments and settles funds directly to your processor account. Pay Charge provides the software interface and does not hold customer funds.
Which gateways can I connect?
Standard includes Stripe and PayPal. Pro adds supported card, regional, and crypto gateways including Braintree, Paddle, DodoPayments, NOWPayments, CoinPayments, Binance Pay, Authorize.Net, Square, Razorpay, Mollie, Adyen, Skrill, 2Checkout, and CoinGate. Availability can depend on processor and country requirements.
What does Pro cost?
Pro currently costs $9 per month. It unlocks all supported gateways and additional tools. Each active team member currently costs $5 per month.
Do you store complete card numbers or security codes?
No. Card details are entered into secure fields provided by the selected payment processor. Pay Charge stores limited transaction results such as amount, status, card brand, last four digits, and reference ID.
Where does my money go?
Funds settle through your connected processor under that processor's schedule and rules. Pay Charge does not receive or hold your customer payments.
Can I send a payment link or invoice?
Yes. Create a branded invoice link from Invoices, then share it with your customer. The customer can review the invoice and pay through the connected gateway's hosted payment fields.
Can I add a statement descriptor?
Supported processors allow an account-level statement descriptor. The final text shown to a customer can still depend on processor rules, card network limits, and the merchant account's main descriptor.
How do team permissions work?
Account owners can enable or disable members, grant access to Charge, Invoices, and Transactions, and decide whether a member sees only their own sales or all team sales.
Can I export transactions?
Yes. Transaction history can be filtered and downloaded in CSV or PDF format.
Can I cancel or downgrade?
Yes. Manage your subscription from Billing. A canceled paid plan normally remains available through the current paid period. Subscription and active team-seat charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
How do customer refunds work?
Refund payments you collected through your own connected processor. Pay Charge does not hold those funds and cannot issue a merchant's customer refund for them.
How can I secure my account?
Use a unique password, enable optional authenticator-app two-factor authentication from Profile, protect processor credentials, and promptly disable former team members.
How do I get help?
Email care@paycharge.app. Include your account email and a clear description, but never send complete card details, security codes, passwords, or processor secret keys.
Still need help?
Email care@paycharge.app and our support team will help.
